Lyme disease is becoming more common as the ticks harbouring the Borella spirochete spread. This is a unique workshop off ering support for those with Lyme disease. Julia has supported people with Lyme disease for over 20 years and during the day will share with you her in depth understanding of the complexities of this disease. She will look at a number of herbs and explain how they can reduce some of the symptoms associated with this condition. Julia and Daphne, will look at food that will encourage the use of nutrient dense foods that protect & repair collagen, support organs & reduce inflammation. £135 includes all refreshments & lunch, all materials for making remedies & tonics to take home with you along with recipes & notes.
