I’m thrilled to invite you to a special event – a Herbalist Walk and Talk in the serene surroundings of One Garden, Stanmer Park.

Event Details: £15 or £10 concession.

Meet at the market garden. We will be having tea in Room SP3 if your running late. (e.g. the first classroom on the right, as you enter the gardens, SP3 is the first classroom found on the right, at the top of the wooden steps.) 

Introduction (15 mins):
Gather at the designated meeting point for a brief introduction to the event.
Learn about the significance of medicinal plants and their historical uses.

Guided Herbalist Walk (45 mins):
Embark on a leisurely stroll through the picturesque landscapes of
One Garden.
Discover a variety of medicinal plants that thrive in the area.
Gain insights into the properties and benefits of these plants from a
seasoned herbalist.

Tea Time (15 mins):
Settle down in a cozy spot for a delightful tea session.
Enjoy a cup of specially prepared herbal tea using plants from the garden.
Feel free to bring your favorite mug!

Q&A and Discussion (20 mins):
Engage in an open conversation with the herbalist.
Ask questions about the plants, their uses, or any other herbal-related queries.
Share your own experiences or knowledge with the group.

Dog-Friendly Atmosphere:
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome to join the event.
Explore the garden with your furry friends and enjoy their company during the walk.

Important Notes:
Age Group: The event is tailored for individuals aged 45 and above.
Attire: Dress comfortably and wear suitable footwear for the outdoor walk.
RSVP: Kindly confirm your attendance to ensure we have enough tea for everyone.
