Booking and Payment

• Full payment for your chosen course is required upfront in order to secure your booking.

• Your place on the course is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

• If you have difficulty paying for the full course upfront, please get in touch — we may be able to offer a payment plan or discuss flexible options.

Deposits

• For courses over £500, a non-refundable deposit of £100 applies.

• For courses under £500, a non-refundable deposit of £50 applies.

• For courses under £50, a non-refundable deposit of £10 applies.

• Deposits are included within the full course fee and are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where outlined in the medical exceptions below.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• More than 30 days’ notice before the course start date:
  You will receive a refund of the course fee minus your non-refundable deposit.

• Between 8 and 30 days’ notice before the course start date:
  You will receive 50% of your course fee refunded, minus your non-refundable deposit.

• 7 days or less before the course start date (or non-attendance without notice):
  Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, and the full fee will be retained.

Medical and Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to attend due to a medical issue, you may be eligible for a partial refund or course transfer if you provide official medical documentation (e.g., a doctor’s or hospital note confirming your inability to attend).

Each case will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Herbal Consultant, Julia Behrens.

Course Transfers and Waitlist Options

If you know you cannot make your booked course, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to offer alternative arrangements, such as transferring your place to a future course or offering it to someone on the waitlist.

If a replacement can be found, we may provide a partial refund or transfer at our discretion.

If no replacement can be found, the standard cancellation terms above will apply.

Course Cancellations by Herbal Consultant, Julia Behrens

In the rare event that a course must be cancelled or rescheduled by Herbal Consultant, Julia Behrens, all participants will be offered:

• A full refund of the course fee or

• The option to transfer to a future course date.

Herbal Consultant, Julia Behrens is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).

Agreement

By booking a course with Herbal Consultant, Julia Behrens, you agree to these terms and conditions, including the deposit, payment, and cancellation policies outlined above.
