Join myself and guest Daphne Lambert, for a sensory exploration of herbal waters, where taste, aroma, and wellbeing come together. Rooted in the principles of fresh, seasonal, plant-based living, this session introduces simple and nourishing ways to work with everyday herbs.
You’ll learn how to infuse water with medicinal plants to create vibrant, refreshing drinks that support hydration and gentle healing. This is an accessible, inspiring workshop that invites you to bring more plant vitality into your daily routine.
Open to all — no prior herbal knowledge needed.
Plants We’ll Explore
Examples may include:
- Mint (Mentha spp.) – cooling, refreshing, and supportive for digestion
- Sage (Salvia officinalis) – aromatic and cleansing, traditionally used for throat and immune support
- Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – light, citrusy leaves known for calming the nervous system
