Through stories, folklore, and practical insights, you’ll learn how these plants have been used for generations to support the body, from soothing inflammation to calming the nervous system. This is a reflective, non-practical workshop designed to deepen your appreciation of everyday plant allies.
Open to all — no prior herbal knowledge needed.
Plants We’ll Explore
Examples may include:
- Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – a classic astringent traditionally used to support wound healing and digestion
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia / stoechas) – aromatic flowers known for calming the mind and supporting restful sleep
- Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) – a gentle, anti-inflammatory herb rich in natural salicylates
- Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) – soft leaves and flowers containing soothing mucilage for internal and external use
