Discover easy ways to identify trees and boost your mind and body this autumn using simple, potent remedies. Perfect for anyone curious about exlporing the use of medicanl trees, their land and wellness! Come ready to learn, sip, and create your own personalised tonics.
Course Highlights
On this day, you will discover the folklore, history and traditional uses of these trees, learn about seasonal remedies, and explore how trees have been used for health and wellbeing through the generations.
You’ll also discover how to make seasonal preparations, including apple cider vinegar and cider, and create your own infused herbal oil and healing ointment to take home.
