Step into the landscape and learn how to work with medicinal plants where they grow. This practical session focuses on building confidence in plant identification, ethical harvesting, and understanding how to gather plants at their most potent.
You’ll be guided through seasonal, sensory, and sustainable approaches to foraging, while exploring how these plants have traditionally been used to support health and wellbeing. This is a grounded, experiential workshop designed to deepen your connection with the natural world and your own herbal practice.
Open to all — no prior herbal knowledge needed.
Plants We’ll Explore
Examples may include:
- Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) – fragrant blossoms used for teas, cordials, and supporting colds and fevers
- St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) – bright yellow flowers traditionally used for mood and nerve support
- Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – calming leaves for the nervous system and gentle relaxation
- Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) – soft, flowering herb with a long history of traditional use
