Join Julia Behrens, a medical herbalist with over 25 years of experience supporting people with Lyme disease and eco-nutritionist Daphne Lambert for a workshop to deepen your understanding of the complexities of the disease.

During the day Julia will share with you her in depth knowledge of the disease, offer examples of a range of protocols and talk about a number of herbs that can reduce associated symptoms. Daphne will guide you through nutrient dense foods to support immunity, protect and repair collagen, support organs, and reduce inflammation.
