20th September and 11th October 2023 from 10am – 3pm
Two separate one-day workshops looking at different aspects herbalism and home remedies used to treat a variety of common ailments.
September’s Workshop looks at traditional late Summer harvested herbs that can be used in herbal remedies to support our health and included in our own medicine chest. Whilst in October we will explore medicinal herbs that can commonly be found & used in Autumn.
Both workshops will discover medicinal herbs that can be grown in our gardens, window boxes or allotments & discuss practical techniques for harvesting & storage.
During the sessions, we will be tasting some delicious herbal teas & making some infused oils & tinctures for you to take home.
