Step into the landscape and learn how to work with medicinal plants where they grow. This practical session focuses on building confidence in plant identification, ethical harvesting, and understanding how to gather plants at their most potent.

You’ll be guided through seasonal, sensory, and sustainable approaches to foraging, while exploring how these plants have traditionally been used to support health and wellbeing.
