Focusing on everyday wellbeing, you’ll explore how common herbs can support the immune system, encourage restful sleep, and care for the respiratory system. Designed to be accessible and empowering, this session offers practical knowledge to help you build confidence in using herbal medicine at home.
Open to all — no prior herbal knowledge needed.
Plants We’ll Explore
Examples may include:
- Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) – deeply nourishing berries traditionally used to support immunity
- Rosehips (Rosa canina) – vitamin C-rich fruits known for strengthening and restoring the body
- Hops (Humulus lupulus) – calming cones often used to promote sleep and relaxation
- Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – a powerful antiseptic herb for respiratory and immune support
