I’m excited to announce that we are planning a once-a-month course starting in March 2025, designed for those interested in learning about medicinal plants, foraging, natural remedies, health and well being. The sessions will be held on Saturdays, making it convenient for people with weekday commitments.
Join us for a once-a-month Herbal Medicine journey over 12 months, featuring 9 immersive Saturday sessions at One garden and around the beautiful grounds of Stanmer Park. With an option of adding two residential all inclusive study retreats.
You’ll learn to identify weeds that heal in the grounds of Stanmer Park. While sipping tea in the wonderful One garden cafe, walking in woodland whilst harvesting and making your own medicine from natures countryside pharmacy, making it the ideal environment for hands-on learning in the South Downs National Park.
